Your wins are personal, and we treat them that way. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have. HypeUp is designed to be private by default and hosted in the European Union.

data we process

• Account details: your email address and basic profile information.
• Your content: the wins, notes, tags, profile data, uploaded documents, and generated documents you create.
• Usage & diagnostics: limited analytics and error reports to keep the app working and improve it.

where your data lives

Your data is stored in the European Union with our infrastructure providers, protected by access controls and encryption in transit and at rest. Each account's data is isolated so only you can access your own wins.

AI processing

When you choose to enhance a win or generate a document, the relevant content is sent to our AI processing provider within the EU to produce the result. AI features are opt-in per action — we don't process your content with AI unless you ask us to.

your rights & controls

HypeUp gives you self-serve control over your data, directly in the app:

• Export: download a copy of your data at any time.
• Delete: permanently delete your account and associated data from your settings.
• Consent: manage analytics and other optional processing choices.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, or object to how your data is processed. To exercise any right or ask a question, contact us and we'll help.

data sharing

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run HypeUp (hosting, AI processing, analytics, error tracking, and payment processing), each bound to protect it and use it only to provide their service to us.

retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your content from our systems, subject to limited retention required by law.

changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in-app.
