These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HypeUp (the "Service"), a private vault for recording professional and personal wins, available as a mobile and web app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.

who can use hypeup

You must be at least 16 years old to use HypeUp. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

what we offer

HypeUp lets you capture wins, enhance them with AI assistance, and generate documents such as CVs, brag documents, and interview stories from your own content. A free tier is available at no cost. Optional paid subscriptions ("HypeUp Pro") unlock unlimited AI enhancement, unlimited document generation, and unlimited exports.

pricing & billing

Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region or applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or through the store you subscribed with; access to Pro features continues until the end of the current paid period.

refunds

If you're not satisfied, contact us at support@hypeup.life within 14 days of a charge and we'll review your request for a refund. Where a subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled under that store's refund policy. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

your content

You keep all rights to the wins, notes, and documents you create in HypeUp. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display your content so we can provide the Service to you — including sending content to our AI processing provider when you choose to use AI features. We don't sell your content.

acceptable use

Don't use HypeUp to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

availability & changes

We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms from time to time; we'll post the revised date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app.
